Our programme draws inspiration from the traditional herbal cleansing protocols popularised by Dr Hulda Clark, whose work brought renewed attention to Black Walnut Hull, Wormwood and Clove. We have adapted these ideas into our own Flourish programme, with a practical schedule and accompanying Field Guide.

What Are Parasites?
Parasites are organisms that live on or inside another living organism, known as the host, from which they obtain nourishment.
They come in many forms, including intestinal worms and microscopic protozoa. Some infections cause very few noticeable symptoms, while others may affect digestion, nutrient absorption and general health.
Exposure can occur through contaminated food or water, inadequately cooked meat or fish, soil, insects and, in certain circumstances, contact with infected animals or people.
Depending on the organism, symptoms may include abdominal discomfort, bloating, diarrhoea, unexplained weight loss or persistent itching around the anus, particularly at night.
These symptoms are not unique to parasites, however, and suspected infections should be properly investigated.
